Getting started in affiliate marketing is so easy and it can take no more than 10 minutes to complete the sign-up. With the more established sites like Clickbank all you need is to choose your product that you really like to promote and you can get started.

1.Set-Up New Blog

Once you’ve decided to venture into affiliate marketing, the very first thing that is recommended is to create your blog. With so many blogging platforms to choose from, it is so easy to get one started within a few minutes using C-Panel provided by most web hosts. The most popular blog platforms are WordPress and Blogger but personally I simply love WP. As you begin your new blog you would want to follow a particular theme that is similar to the products that you are promoting. Then finally start to write and publish good quality content and market your products on your new blog. Told you it was simple!

2. Be Familiar With Your Product

It is reasonable to expect a good affiliate marketer to be very familiar with the product that his is promoting. So learn just about everything there is to know about this product and that ultimately helps in getting more sales and making your customers happy too since they could turn to you to get more information.

3. Promote Using Free Resources

While free resources are always good, that’s not to say that paid resources are bad or that you should always look for free resources. Over time you will be in a better position to use the right resources to get the most effective results and maximum profits. But for now if you are a new affiliate marketer, just use free resources like Squidoo, Hubpages, Free Classified Ads just to name a few. What is more important is to learn what other successful marketers have been able to make use of these free resources to achieve very good results and make good profits.

4. Launch a Marketing Campaign

Before starting any marketing campaign, you should do your market research. Know who is your target market audience, and if they really need your product. Also when you write your sales letters how well you write determines how successful your campaign will be. Sounding convincing on your products is just one of the key tips to write your best sales letter.
